FL Plast solves all challenges within plastic production from idea to finished product. Our experienced employees ensure that you reach your goal with the plastic products you need. We can be involved on the sidelines right from the idea through development, analysis and tests to the production of the finished products. We work with companies that need plastic packaging as well as manufacturers that do not have their own capacity. However, we are far from only producing plastics - we are also happy to participate as advisers to products and manufacturers. We can advise on material selection, production method and quality. Plastic production is not just plastic production
There are many different types of plastic on the market, and their production is therefore also extensive and complex. Plastic is not just one product, but the term for a sea of products, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. There is also a big difference in what the various products can and should be used for. At FL Plast, we primarily deal with capsules and lids of food-approved quality. We are certified according to FSSC 22000, which is an approved food safety standard based on ISO 22000 recognized by the Food Initiative Global Safety (GFSI). We can therefore guarantee that our production meets the strict requirements of the Food Industry for food-approved plastic packaging.
Injection molding in our plastic production
Our production of plastic takes place using injection molding. This makes the process efficient, agile and possible to adapt to the individual project. This also means that a high number of identical products can be produced in a very short time, once the process has been started.
Using a precise and detailed mold, everything from small components to larger plastic productions can be produced. The casting itself takes place by heating the selected plastic material and injecting it into the cavity of the mold. During cooling, the casting material adapts to the details of the shape, which results in a precise reproduction of the chosen shape.
