What is injection molding?
Plastic injection molding is a technique that is often used to produce a wide variety of plastic items. The casting method has existed for many years and is today one of the most used methods for manufacturing plastic products. The method is fast, efficient and versatile. At the same time, it can produce a large number of identical products with high precision and uniformity without becoming terribly costly.

How injection molding is done with plastic?
The method is carried out by feeding a material into a screw and melting it using electrical heating. A material such as thermoplastic is often used, but there are a large number of other types of plastic material that can also be used for the purpose. When the plastic is melted, it is injected into the cavity of the mold to be used. Here it hardens and adapts to the shapes during cooling. The method seems simple, but to ensure quality and durability, it is a complex process that requires the right experience, skills and, not least, high-quality equipment.
